This policy is a concise technical foundation and should be reviewed for the final business, tools, and legal requirements before launch.
Information you provide
When you submit the estimate request form, the site collects the contact and project information you enter, including your name, phone number, email address, project location, project type, optional budget range, and message.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, evaluate project fit, and communicate about the services you asked about. The current architecture sends inquiries to a designated business inbox and does not store them in a website database.
Service providers
The planned form flow uses Cloudflare to host and protect the site, Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse, and Resend to deliver email. Those providers may process technical information as described in their own policies.
Website analytics
No analytics are included in this first implementation. If analytics are enabled later, this policy should be updated to identify the tool and the information it processes.
